With this vessel, you are right next to the crystal blue waters and get an experience like no where else.

Exclusive Charter - the boat and captain are yours! You get to call the shots! We can go where you want, and do what you want (within reason of course). Usually we start the morning off by tracking down whales. But we don’t have to do that all day!
Go Snorkeling! Feel free to bring your bathing suit and snorkel if you want to jump in and cool off in the afternoon.
Is it Safe?
Yes! This Dive/Rescue Inflatable is more than up to the task of providing you a safe yet personal adventure with the whales. This vessel is Coast Guard approved and captain Ced has more than 30 years of Ocean experience to keep you safe!
Detailed Description
This is a GROUP RATE.
This boat is an inflatable. It is light has an Aluminum hull and an outboard motor. All passengers are required to follow safety procedures from a SAFETY PRESENTATION given at the beginning of each Booking.
It is operated from the South Kehei Boat Ramp only. It is Captained by one of our staff.
The boat is kept in our yard and launched each day to the South Kehei Boat Ramp at 8am and returns at 2pm to the same Boat Ramp.
All passengers will be fitted with PFD’s and receive an orientation on the water safety safety.
We provide Passengers with information of the Maui Bay area for you you to enjoy your experience.
You will be given information about protecting yourself on the water. You are responsible for your own clothing, hats, water, sunblock and safety. PFD’s will be supplied. MSFi Does not guarantee the number of Whale Sightings – this is up to the Whales !
Passengers must provide proof of an address for their stay on Maui. A govt. ID (Drivers License) and a valid credit/debit card are also required. Sales tax at 4.1666% is charged on all fees.
On extreme weather warnings i.e. Small Craft Advisories (“SCA’s”), wind storms or high surf advisories .. we may cancel the Booking. A refund or change of Booking date may occur
You must sign a waiver and provide your own insurance (or travel insurance). If you cause any damage or loss to our equipment, you will be liable for its’ replacement. All Passengers are required to be sober and drug free. We hold the right to refuse any person who appears intoxicated. This for your own safety and our sanity. There are no refunds due to any weather, health or Sea issue.
