If you rent for more than one day then we will meet at the same place to launch and return the boat each day. We launch at 8am on the booked Days. And your return back to the South Kihei Ramp by 2pm at the latest. This is for the safety of all because of high heat and occasional extreme weather conditions usual on most afternoons.

A rescue fee of $100 is charged if you need to be towed back to the ramp. All Clients must provide proof of their accommodation address on Maui. A govt. ID and a valid credit/debit card. Sales tax of 4.1666% is charged on all fees. There are no refunds for coming back to the boat ramp early. Sailors must bring their own hats, water, sunblock and clothing. PFD's are supplied along with a vhf radio on each boat. On extreme weather warnings i.e. Small Craft Advisories ("SCA's"), extreme storms or high surf advisories .. we may cancel or cut short the booking. Or if we bring you back to shore for this reason, there is not a fee for towing you back in. You must sign a waiver and provide your own insurance (or travel insurance). If you cause any damage or loss to our equipment, you will be liable for its replacement. All boat operators are required to be sober and drug free. If you're out on the water under the influence of any intoxicants you could be arrested by the DLNR or Coastguard if they stop your vessel .. it is the same as a DUI. We reserve the right to refuse anyone access to go out on our vessels if we deem them unfit to do so. This for your own safety.
